We heard that learning a new software could take focus away from our business which is taking care of people. We did not want our patients’ care to suffer. When we asked Brandon to help us with this he jumped in with both feet. Learning the system, setting up the server and talking to the software company directly. Our transition was flawless and Brandon not only came over the day we switched and made sure all computers were working and we understood how to use them, he was on call for us the entire week. Now that we are all switched over I love that he can update the software when needed remotely and that he is still on call for us. Or it feels that way since he gets right back to us so quickly.
